Perkins single handedly defended Dwight Howard in the playoffs last year. He pushed him outside the box and forced him to take shots he didn't feel comfortable taking. If Shaq isn't ready, who will D-up Howard one on one? -

That is a real good question, I hope Danny knows what he is doing. -

Whoever does guard him I hope the celts win, DH losing in the conference semi's is a good thing for Lakerland 2012. -

we are
1) hoping we don't face the Magic
2) if we do ........hoping that Shaq can give us 15-20 minutes and Baby the other.........Maybe throw in another 5 fouls with JO......... -

also don't forget with these trades we are down to 12 players not counting Marquis...........I for one, hope and think that Danny has something up his sleeve as far as getting a few that have been bought out.........the problem is our defense is very complex and we only have 28 games left to indoctrinate the newbies..........going to be very interesting. -

Shaq can rest and take his time coming back now if we have both Kristic and Murphy coming hereWe can play them each 20 mins @ C and Baby like 8.KG can 'rest' thankfully with only like 24-28 mins needed per game as Baby plays 20-24 mins @ PF.Pierce can 'rest' with just 20 mins @ SF w/ Green getting 28 mins there.Ray can 'rest' with 28-32 mins @ SG as Pierce plays 8-12 and Wafer plays 8-12. Maybe Rip gets bought out and joins the team to take Wafer's mins and maybe like 4-8 of Green's mins.Rondo will have time to rest with Delonte back, if Rondo doesn't show an improved shot/ft's at the end of close games by the time West is fully healthy and rust free in a few weeks then West can close out games @ PG.This team should be very healthy and rested now for the playoffs... don't bring Shaq back till mid-March, ease him in like 8-12 mins a game the last month of the season and the 1st rd of the playoffs... if we play Orlando or LA, the only two teams we REALLY need Shaq for, he'll be healthy and ready to give 20-24 mins for those two series alone -

Ya thats true. Who ever we get must be a quick learner on defense and better know how to rebound
