If we trade Rondo what would be fair compensation?

    Yes, the Celts can do a S&T with Houston.

     

     

    But a lot of teams are interested in Parsons.

     

    If you're talking about Rondo for Parsons then that's possible.

     

    The question is are you willing to give Parsons 10-12m per year?

     

    That's what it will take to keep Parsons out of free-agency.

    I think in talking what fair compensation is for Rondo, you start with a 1st. I was reading an article that made a good point, if you throw Rondo in this years draft, with him being the player he is right now, where does he get selected? top 5? Wiggins, Parker, and Embiid are the only players I see taken ahead of him , and that's because of upside, none are better players than him at the moment, obviously.

     

    So, START with a 1st round pick, and then add in a guard to "replace" him or a rim protector, which is what Danny covets right now.
