If you think our D is bad now, wait until nash is our only point guard with a bad leg, a bad back, and is 39 years old.   We'll get run off the court.

    Re: Interesting 3-Way Trade Proposal

The Celtics have to win THIS year.  When healthy, Nash can provide the experience and stability to jell this team in time.  Nash is a short term solution.

    Nash - Bradley - Pierce - Garnett - Love

with Green, Terry and Sully coming off the bench = a championship team.

Bradley maybe moves into the starting PG (or trade/FA for a PG) next year with Nash off the bench.

and its not as if Rondo is getting in front of his man now either.  Opposing PGs slide by Rondo into the lane at will.  So maybe compromise a little bit on D at PG, but add Bradley and Love and ou have better team D than today.  plus a much better offensive attack.

With all respect you are off on this? Kevin Love is not going to make Pierce thirty years old again and with another geezer like Nash we will be a lot worse than we are now.

so basically boston winds up with love and nash, la with rondo, and minnesota with gasol. why on earth would minnesota trade the face of their franchise, their best player, and the best rebounder in the game for an aging Pau Gasol? makes no sense.

Try it on your fantasy team and see how it goes.

In the real world Minny is not trading Love. He made a few comments and the media went nuts nad some suckers fell for it. He's not going anywhere.
