    Is KG done for good?

KG's career minutes have caught up with him again. "Back spasms" Hmmmmm...it looks more serious and it's a bit of dejavu with the Nets now with nobody saying anything and no 'timetable for recovery' being the party-line.

Would hate it if KG went out with a whimper but something's not smelling good down Brooklyn way. With Humpty's performances right now too, it's a lot of salt in the wounding Nets.

Hump per 36 minutes 15.1 points 10.8 rebounds 1.7 blocks

    Garnett per 36 11.6 points. 11.5 rebounds 1.3 blocks.

What a horrible trade for the Nets.

Eeeeeeesh, it's the weirdest trade feeling. DA makes it a trade masterstroke but kinda hard to celebrate it sometimes as it shows 2 really great Celtics in not a great light.

Well in reality Garnett has been in the NBA for 18 years and Pierce has been playing for 15.

It is pure insanity to think of guys with that much age and that many miles as more than role players.

They were both amazing players, but their bodies are giving out on them.

I love 'em both. BUT they get what they ask for by not knowing when enough is enough. They should've gone out in style, not barely holding on like far too many do. GO LIVE IT UP! You should be millionaires. HAVE FUN! Travel, enjoy the rest of your life. Do something else.......Additionaly, I do believe DA has another "masterstroke" up his sleeve when it comes to dispensing of Gondo......time will soon tell.

Agreed about Rondo...DA will let him do his thing on his own terms for the rest of the season if for no other reason nobody can tell him what to do...just let the malcontent run wild and showcase himself...he's setting the groundwork for his own trade...Plus, DA hasn't collecte3d all thos #1's he really can't use for no reason...a smell a package deal coming soon.....

In terms of KG and PP,  and especially for KG, it's sad to see...the guy was a warrior for an entire generation in the NBA, as was Pierce (except for a certain bar fight), and both are future HOF players....DA destroyed the Russian in that trade...good thing the dude is a multi-billionaire...I hope KG can pull it together for a final playoff run.
