Is there any doubt Bass has to sit and Green has to start right now?

I am praying Doc has made this decision.  Last night Donny Marshall and Heinsohn both agreed it is time. Bass will be better off the bench.

No doubt Green need to get 35 minutes a game, as does Pierce.

Green is an even worse rebounder than Bass, but in all other areas he is much, much better.  He has to start.

Green also had five blocks and two steals.  With those kind of numbers his seven rebounds were very good. The guy against the Suns was an absolute force.  Tomorrow wouldn 't it be so Green like for him to not show up. Doc has to start him for that reason, they need to find out if this is real or an aberration.

The idea should be not to sit Bass but to have PP come off the bench and start Green.

PP would get less minutes and he'd be playing against reserves where he could thrive.

You bring PP, Jet, TWill, Crawford and Wilcox off the bench as a 2nd unit. It will be a small unit but they will pile up points and be very quick.

I disagree. Play your best players.

Please someone answer this question, is Green going to be starting for Bass tomorrow night? If he is not tell me why.

I felt PP should be the 6th man before the season, but that was when I felt Sully and Bass both were going to share PF 50-50... and Paul had to suggest it, Doc wasn't going to request that of him.

Now, PP has to start... not play 35 mins like snake said, hopefully like 29-33, but Green has to play over Bass.

A Wilcox-Bass-Williams-Crawford-Terry 2nd unit would be real good. With 3 guys who can handle the ball even if none is a real PG.

Green needs to start with Bass.

KG, Bass, Pierce, Green, and Bradley should be the starting five.

    Thinking the same thing

    Agree that it is time.

Uncle Jeff is a starter regardless of position.

IT'S TAKEN HIM 50 GAMES, BUT JEFF GREEN HAS FINALLY PROVEN HE'S A STARTER ON THIS TEAM. I THINK HE SHOULD START OVER BASS ALONGSIDE PIERCE, NOT IN PLACE OF PIERCE.

NOW IF ONLY THE RUMOR ABOUT KRYSTIC COMING BACK FROM RUSSIA WERE TRUE, HOW WOULD THAT PERK TRADE BE VIEWED NOW ? I'D SAY DANNY AINGE IS LOOKING PRETTY GOOD.

Strangley I disagree.  Let Green come in when Pierce gets his first rest and then take over the scoring load. The Way the suns used to do with Harden. Play him 35 minutes a game but don't start him.
