In Response to Re: It's a One Year Rental : Fans don't even stoop low enough to throw towels. Can you imagine Kupchak doing that? LOL. Ainge is the same person he was as a player except he now wears a suit and a shirt with like a 21 inch neck.

On the topic of class! I believe it was Mitch who signed Artest right? I am sure you and Mitch will agree that Artest continues to meet the very definition of class LESS!! http://bleacherreport.com/articles/1183612-metta-world-peace-of-shhh-los-angeles-lakers-forward-a-disgrace

OK it is good to see that reality is setting in.  The Lakers trolls are now arguing that Danny being a joker is worse than Mitch ready to cry.  What happened to the DH euphoria.  Any estimate of how long it will take for Kobe to pi*s off DH?

In Response to Re: It's a One Year Rental : Ainge had no class from the time he was on the Blue Jays to the Celtics as a player to now as a GM. Some GM's refused to negiotiate with Ainge at the trade deadline because he was being an unbelievable pr**k.

Does that GM still have his job?

Oh!  So Danny should be making this other GM love dealing with him?  I can understand why you would like that.

and we came 1 game from the finals....we took the heat to game 7 without a full roster...don't you get it?

So?  Deals happen when a GM is over the barrel or when the deal seems to be a win-win.  This off season, when he needed it, Danny got Lee.  Danny has not been able to do deals because he had no flexibility.  This time the roster is made up of multiple movable pieces.  Danny has set himself up for mid-season when he will have complete flexibility.

    Hmm. Must've struck a nerve.

Which one of your many alter egos is this, Sybil?

BTW, we already have TWO franchise players. So when Kobe retires, we just need to put solid, complimentay players around him. Mitch is working on that.

Daddy....you and I are usually on the same page....but on this one I have to disagree.....DH is a freakish athlete but has limited offensive skills.....he is showing that he can be very immature to the point of looking like a head case....he is definitely not a team leader (more like a coach killer)....don't get me wrong....I happen to like Dwight a lot....but a franchise player needs to do everything well and be a leader of men.....Kobe has shown that he has it...Dwight has not....at least not to this point as he enters his 9th season in the league

I think both of our teams have improved themselves.....you just exchanged the second best center for the number one guy.....and got a classy albeit old point guard....Danny has transitioned our team seemingly overnight....much deeper and much younger....hopefully Sully is the steal of the draft....either way, we are both contenders....provably each #2 in it's conference.......good luck this year buddy....it should be fun...!!

Can you imagine drafting a guy in the first round knowing he has disc issues and might have short term and long term back issues? UGH!!!!!!!!!!! "There are some issues there," said Ainge. "Our medical staff thinks that short-term and long-term there may be some maintenance issues with the back. Doc Rivers played with a herniated disk for 13 years. It may need surgery at some point, it may not."
    Posted by TommyRules

He was a former top 5 projection that fell to 21 b/c of back issues. Back issues or not, if a talent like that comes to your at pick 21 you take it without hesitation b/c if he works out its a wonderful thing, if not, oh well, he was a 21 st pick.

You need some NBA knowlede you ignorant a**hole. Plus, don't joke about heart conditions, a bad back is one thing. I am ignoring your posts from now on. I assume you are an overwieght virgin that lives in his mamma's basement and has nothing better to do than post trash on a celtics blog. Get an education you pathetic d^%k.
