    He has shown nothing.  He looks like some kid who shot up in high school and they tried to teach him basketball.  Except he has no acumen for it besides his height.  He is a bust.  Hate to be so harsh but have you seen anything at all? I haven't but I thought Bradley was a bust and was I wrong.

    I agree that he has shown nothing..at least nothing in the NBA..I wouldnt call it a bust yet.. To me the most dissapointing thing to watch is that he is a 7footer and bends as if he was dodging any play, any contact..it makes him look 5' !!! why does he do that is beyond... but a Total Work in progress

    Give him time.D,ont forget he started to play basketball 4 years ago.He was a soccer player in Brazil.Because he was to tall and slow for soccer,some folks decided to bring him to florida ,and start to learn the game of basketball.His only atribute is that he is a real 7 ft.Maybe he will develop.

    I believe it is logical to think the fact that he took the game up so late is going to be why he can't be a player of any impact in the NBA.

    That's why it was so hilarious when there were some here who said Melo can't be any worse than Collins. Bring him in, they say. Then when Melo was awful when he played for the Celts, send him back, they say.

    The only reason why Ainge drafted Melo is because of his potential.

    Give him time to develop. 

    If Melo doesn't pan out by year 4 then he's a bust. Saying that he's a bust now is premature.

    under the "DREAM" in houston...remember

     

    abdul-hakeem olajawon was also a "soccer"

     

    dude in nigeria , before he came to USA

     

     

    to play at UNIVERSITY OF HOUSTON...

     

    seems to me they might form a good bond

     

    on that basis if MELO shows he's willing to

     

    learn.....kg seems to think he's a willing

     

    student...so let's not give up on him...

    Melo has only been playing organized basketball for 6-years. Give him time to develop! 

    The potential is there! You don't need to be an NBA scout to see it!
