    Green should start and play about 30 and Pierce about 20 for now. We can't even make the post season if we keep this insanity. How many games have we lost from Pierce being too tired to play D,flailing fadeways with 1 or 2 seconds on the 24 or front rimming a 3 ?   Doc needs to make adjustments and play differently and stop with the seniority rotation philosophy. If.  he doesn't in the 3 games he should be shown the door. If he wants to be taken seriously he should start both Green and Sully against the Heat. Doc has lost us a few games with horrible decisions because the only "changes", I've seen is playing older vets more and running the same slogging offense that ends in fade away jumpers from 20+ feet as the 24 clock is at 1-3 seconds.

    I keep Sully on the bench. He is better than Bass but he provides alot of energy and spark with that second unit. I also think he fouls to much to be on the court with the starters.

     

    I would move Pierce to the bench tho, and start Green.

    Green and Sully should start and/or Doc should play Bass like he does Sully instead of playing Bass like KG lite at the same time with KG  Bass can be effective as he was last year if Doc would make the adjustments,he has it in him, he did it last year. Quality over quantity and follow your own advice "Past success isn't a gaurantee for success today".

    Only if, AB starts hitting the 3-point shot with more regularity, and JG steps-up as a leader for this team!

    Cant see moving PP to the 2...

    If u think hes getting exhausted now, wait til he chases other 2's all over the court and through screens etc

    JG a diff story..

    As far as the headline of this thread... all talk is what Docs all about... unless its the 22th or 12th guy on the roster... then he demands accountability and performance..and even then he'll sit you for game after game
