    JJ Hickson just bought out

Yes, the guy the Cavs refused to trade for Amare has been bought out by the Kings.  At only 23, he would be a very good pickup for us, and start the rebuilding process - what do you all think?

Exactly... the Cs could really used a small undersized powerforward with limited skills that ensures that they win a few games that they should lose and thereby prolong the rebuilding process..... get him as soon as is possible.... if we can go through the the next 10 years like we did through the 90s being completely irrelevant and have absolutely no chance at winning bring him in if it at all possible.. that will ensure all of the 80 IQ fans that there is some sort of chance to win.... the Cs won a title.....  Cs fans love to wax poetic about how with Perk they would have won another title but love to ignore that had Bynum been healthy there would have been no game 6 where Perk got hurt, there are even less intelligent Cs fans that love to wax poetic about how had KG been healthy there would have even been another title......  well of course and had the Bears only scored 9 instead of 46 the Pats would have won the Super Bowl in 1986 10 to 9 instead of losing 46 to 10....

Okay, guys - Dud votes NO on Hickson

Could have been WAY less verbose and insulting

    Yes - 0  No - 1

    Thanks, Dud!!!

Excelent news let's hope the Celtics get him. One thing Hickson does well is rebound.  Lat year 13.2 points and 8.7 rebounds in just under 30 minutes a game. He's young and athletic and in a lot of ways an upgrade over wilcox.

You have understand some people believe in going down fighting trying their best to succeed etc.. in this case perhaps manifesting itself by trying to get the best players available and seeing what happens.

Others believe in quitting, surrendering, throwing in the white towel and tanking.

I say yes to Hickson! Get him and some other guys who can play and let the Big 3 leave in a way they deserve to go into retirement: After a fight in the first round or in the second round of the playoffs. Hard for a fan to see them getting embarrased without a bench and a single big man besides Steamer.

After this last hooray we go into the lottery the year after that. I don't see any Free Agents who will make us better next year so lets show that we are different franchise and pay respect to the game and some real ball players like Ray, KG and Pierce.

I like Hickson's game even though he has had a poor year.
He was dominant in many games last year for the Cavs.

I would say his poor play this year is a factor of playing for the Kings who have low expectations and goals. Hanging around Cousins probably didn't help to motivate him.

Definite yes as a pick up.

WHAT I WANT TO KNOW - WITH WILCOX AND JERMAINE OUT, STEIMSMA PLAYING WITH A BAD ANKLE, IN THE MIDST OF THE MOST GRUELING ROAD TRIP IN HISTORY (one that will decide the season), WHY DID JuJUAN JOHNSON'S ROOKIE SEASON NOT BEGIN FOR REAL TONIGHT IN ATLANTA ???? PUZZLING AS HELL WHY OUR ONLY BIG CANNOT GET AT LEAST SEMI ERDAN's AVG OF 14 MINUTES A GAME ??????? I THINK DOC SHOULD BE ORDERED TO PLAY JJ JOHNSON 15 MINUTES A GAME FOR LAST 25 GAMES...

Hickson would want 25 30 minutes a night, thats why he wanted out @ Sac.Turiaf and Fisher could both really help the Celtics big time. Even if for 5-10 minutes a game Fisher and Turiaf are an upgrade from our 10 minute guys. Can we sign either or both ? I have no clue how that works cap wise but, if we can we should.
