He was in to guard Carmelo.  Pierce and Green cannot coexist on the court because Paul demands the ball while Jeff is passive.  The combination is that Jeff will never see the ball at the end Of a game.

Pierce is the reason Rondo cant be the leader of the celtics. We have to spoon feed Pierce isolation plays everytime he can make it up the court. Everytime we need a shot its always pierce even tho hes clearly old. All those empty possessions dumping it into Pierce while he goes 1 on 5. Everytime Rondo pushes the ball and has to waiit about 10 seconds while Pierce walks up court. and the way the celtics take the ball out of rondos hands and force it to Pierce everytime we need a shot its the reason why Rondo will never be the leader of the celtics as long as Pierce is on the team

Did you watch the game or not?

Rondo created a shot for KG with 1:32 left in the 4th and KG missed it even when he was totally open! The score was 86-84 Knicks. KG could have tied the game.

And KG only had 8 points on 3-9 shooting. Is that someone deserving of 11m per year?

KG had 12 boards and 2 blocks and a couple of steals.   Terry and Pierce are the reason we lost, especially Pierce.
