So, Fiercest34, are we to assume you're warming to this season you spent weeks and weeks championing the notion of NOT EVEN HAVING so that Boston might somehow increase it's chances of landing that stooge Dwight Howard?

The Lakers could have given the Sixers their 8th loss.  Celts would've been closer to 1st place in the Atlantic. Ugh!

    Actions speak louder than words.

Why are you aggravating the situation when the board is finally rid of all those archives filled with your crap?

I am not disappointed. To see the Celtics win is the best outcome only slightly less enjoyable is a Laker loss and fortunately there are so many of them.

Neither team is much to shout about. Both need to rebuild... the sooner the better. Should be good match ups against each other... but neither going anywhere of any consequence.

Bragging rights only... and that's a satisfying consolation prize.

Before I die, I would luv to see Rondo in purple/gold BTW.

I have just the end-of-game defense to lay on him.

The Lakers don't need to rebuild. They are a pg away from contending for the championship. Kobe, Gasol and Bynum are playing great ball.

    20pt, 20reb game for Bynum.
Wasn't he supposed to be hurt by now...???
    HA HA

Too bad for Boston that they can't play the Wizards, Pistons or Nets in the playoffs.

Couldn't be happier with the development of Bynum this year. Unfortunately the team has holes (PG, bench). Holes that Kupchak will hopefully attempt to fill.

Knicks also beat the Jazz without Amare and Melo. Melo only played 6 minutes. Jeremy Lin had 28 pts. Who said Amare is not available? Ha Ha
    Posted by Fiercest34

Yeah wonder why the Knicks won without him lol. Yet yyou continue to be blind about Amare. He's a stat padder and doesn't rebound.

Let's not get too giddy here. The Celtic and Laker records are almost identical. It's all ebbs and flows. There'll be plenty of opportunity for trash talk after Thursday's game. ;)

Re: Lakers Lose But I'm Disappointed

The Lakers have two 1st round picks that they can trade this year plus a sick amount of revenue coming in next year. They can overpay and/or take on bad contracts to get what they need to win this year.

Nash or Sessions would be a nice fit for LA...

A year or two and Minnesota could be a real contender too...
