The cavs. the warriors, the clippers when will they actually have to play somebody? Their second half schedule is going to horrific. They have had the easiest schedule in the NBA to date and have looked shall we say not so dominant. Unless you count their six game winning street against some of the worst teams in the NBA as reason to be excited. To all trolls things do not look so good under that pushover schedule you have played. -

The schedule evens out for everyone. The only thing is the Laker schedule is incredibly weighted to a more difficult second half. Many more away games as well as harder opposition. Their poor play could really sink them the second half and their management must be terrified. Which is why I fear a gift deal ordered by the NBA commish's office. He has done it before. -

The Fakers and Clippers should be required to play back to back, home and home games with each other the 1st 2 weekend of the season. They are the only two teams in the league with what is in effect 43 not 41 home games. They change the logo on the floor and one team dresses in the well appointed visitor dressing room. Play their home and homes early and then make them travel like other teams. -

In lieu of the advantage the LA teams have ...essentially 2 extra home games... I think the Lakers & Clippers should have to play their head2head games on a neutral court in Russia. -

You may be right. I wouldn't be surprised if the Lakers end up signing a good player and give up virtually nothing in return, similar to the Gasol trade. It wouldn't be the first time that this happened for the Lakers. -

This advantage they have is all the more glaring for those who play in the same division as the Lakers. Yet it is tolerated because the franchise has been favored.
