It's time to give serious thought to demoting the Lakers to D-League!

Re: LAKERS WILL LAY THE SMACK TO THE KNICKS TONIGHT!!!!!

    Is Nash even injured?

Old Steve Nash Bizarre Custody Battle Steve Nash is fighting to keep his kids from living in California where the star point guard now works as a member of the L.A. Lakers.
Yes, not much of this makes sense because you would think the man who decided to head to Los Angeles precisely to be closer to his kids would welcome the move.
According to reports, he is hoping to keep a one-state distance from his children.
TMZ reports Nash is in a custody battle with his estranged wife Alejandra to keep her from bringing their children from their home in Arizona to live in California.

Sources connected with the couple tell TMZ ... Nash's ex-wife Alejandra wants to move the former couple's three children from AZ to L.A. We're told Nash has objected and is waging a legal war to prevent it from happening.

Our sources say Alejandra hired one of the biggest divorce lawyers in L.A., Lance Spiegel, to fight Nash in both AZ and California courts.

You might find yourself doing a double take when reading the report, making sure you correctly read Nash wants his kids to stay clear of the state he currently works.

If you were hoping for closure as to the reason for such bizarre legal battles, you are pretty much out of luck. TMZ was unable to get any word from either camp and there is a gag order in place prior to the proceedings.
However, they do have some opinions on the matter.

As for why Nash doesn't want his kids moving closer to him, we called his rep but haven't heard back.

Based on our research, one thing's for sure ... Nash will get socked for WAYYY more child support in CA than AZ.

The two have three children, twin daughters, Lola and Bella, and a son, Matteo.
Nash is set to make $27 million on his three-year contract, via The OC Register. So is all of this just to save some money on child support.
Perhaps. Then again maybe not. There is no way of knowing at this point in the proceedings what the impetus behind the bizarre battle might be.
What's clear is a divorce will now have what seems to be an ugly and costly fight in court. Meanwhile, Nash continues to rehab to be able to get back on the court for the Lakers.

I wonder where GK will go to next?

    Africa?

    Asia?

Sun bathing in Anartica? At least he would not have to watch Easy W games down there!

By the look of things, Mitch will be right behind him!

First of all, hello to all my Celtics friends. After a long and gratifying trip around Europe I am back.

Nice GK.  Must have been a lot of fun.  Sure you took a lot of pictures when you go on a trip like that.  Why not post a couple of them with you and a familiar landmark?   Hope you had a good time!!
