Re: Looking like we will be all dressed up with no where to go in 2012.

if thats the case, we have had a good run and it was real fun to see...great to see boston basketball on top again in 2008 and seeing the garden rocking every night has been great too...hard to believe just a few years ago they were a 24-58 team. I dont think they have a good chance to win it all this year with this core, but they are a playoff team, and once u get there, anything can happen...i dont think many people had the mavs winning it last year..and for as much as people want to get rid of rondo, he is not the problem, we went to the finals twice with him as our point guard, the problem is we dont have a consistent big man, if we can get a serviceable big man that can grab some rebounds and score anywhere between 8-12 ppg, this team could have one good run left in them...

Its simple they want a PG who can pass and score. Thats not Rondo.

We just need new bigs and new scorers at SF and SG will come in time. Gotta start down low though as those type of bigs that are actually dominant are hard to find.

I am sort of shocked we haven't gone after Howard as hard as we have for Paul. I know Howard's offense has maybe about 3 moves total but come on lol we already have Rondo.

I agree with you.  If we don't sign Paul or Howard I am sure that Danny will sign other good players that can help the Celtics going forward.
