Loss to Bad Teams Lik e Tonight Really Hurt

Bad loss tonight when we lose to a team like the Lakers.  Maybe the Lakers best game of the year. Everyone hitting 3's for them, Dwight backboarding shots from straightaway, and trying to win one for Buss really helped their cause.

This was also kind of a scheduling loss,  playing in Denver the night before, traveling and losing time,  while the Lakers sit at home with extra day off.   Reminds me of the loss to the Bobcats.   Shows any team can win on a given night.

Boston hit more 3 than the Lakers did.

Boston can't rebound or guard the basket.

Green was the only one with more than 4 rebounds.

spoken like a true/fake/ Celtic fan...

They were the exhaust by the the second night of a back to back that is all it was.

The league protects your Lakers forcing the Celtics to play your struggling team only on the second night of a back to back.  We would crush them normally. Kobe is like a different player, good but ordinary my condolencecs to all trolls.

Hey what are you talking about? The Celts are totally fine as constituted. According to DA and some on this board, we have a great core group that we shouldn't break up.

All the C's need is to pick up another body off the scrap heap (because that's all that DA keeps telling else is available if we keep the core) and they'll have no problem making it back to the ECF!

Note to DA, Doc, and Wyc; if KG pulls his hammy again or PP tweaks his knee, then we're not even making the playoffs so all your loyalty will be for not because season ticket holders and Comcast viewers won't be walking through those doors anymore.

Same can be said about Lebron, Durrant, harden, Parker et al... so whats your point?

If I may, his meaning is twofold. First, a minor tweeking aint gonna get us past round one. It sounds as if he wants to go big. Some of us do, some of us don't. It also sounds like he wants to get younger, which would statistically lessen the chances of injury that he alluded to.

Yes, it's quite an upset when a 25-29 team playing at home beats a 28-25 team.

I just hope Doc can stop these manic-depressive skids. We can't keep going on the win 6, lose 6, win 6 , lose 6 streaks. Let's see what happens in Phoenix tomorrow.

The Lakers aren't that bad and the Celtics aren't that good especially when one is rested and the other isn't. The Lakers still may be heard from before it is over. If you look at the caliber of the teams the Lakers play in the last 30 games {for instance look at their schedule in April} they could still make some noise.
