Solid 1/2 of basketball by the C's. Anyone know points in the paint? As much as I loved our team the past 5-6 years, the one thing I couldn't stand was they relied on jump shots too much. Last game, and this game, I'm loving what i'm seeing. Gotta win the battle of the paint. good stuff.

Yep, they're winning the battle of the paint 26-18.

    Thanks Fierce

No pouting, no second guessing, no deferring......just playing solid basketball. Incredibly refreshing.

The one thing I've noticed with Olly's defense. He tends to bll watch alot. seems to understand positioning. But will lose his man.

only Wallace's contract is the downer, don't think they'll be able to unload him this year

I hear ya, but it's good to see him in the huddle and on the road with the team.  I think he's right there with them.

The question is, do you risk the potential disruption by adding a known issue or do you go get a valuable proven commodity? The later is a wiser choice. You dont risk the future on a sketchy past.

In my opinion, that IS Rondo.

I respect that, i just don't agree with you. I hope he has changed for the better IF he remains a Celtic, but again, he's also proven to be a negative too. We've all seen that.

We see how well this team looks when they keep their TO's down. Rondo will deffinetly help with that.

Just a thought, but wouldn't it be something if the C's faced the Nets in the playoffs?

Just an AMAZING performance. So good. Tanking? Sorry, that isnt gonna happen. They are getting more confident and losing iis not what they appear to be satisfied with.

Very solid win tonight. Outstanding showing by the guards. Tommy totally dissed Maz & Felger. Said those two know nothing about basketball. lol.

I'm in the "that is Rondo" camp, however, if Rondo demands the ball off the rebound and then pounds down the clock like he's Tom Brady in the pocket, he'll ruin everything.  So I can see where you guys are coming from.  I don't think that will happen though.  I think this running free lance style they're developing will open up rondo's game evn more.  I think he'll choose good Rondo over evil Rondo, so to speak.
