A straight up trade between LA and Minnesota doesn't work that great because one of the players that LA would probably want (Pekovic) is too similar of a player to Bynum. There would be risks for all teams involved. What if Derrick Williams is another Thabeet/Milicic? Who would be Boston's pg? How badly does Minnesota want Gasol? To Boston: Gortat, Pekovic, Childress (Phoenix gets out from Childress' contract) To LAL: Rondo, Derrick Williams, Anthony Randolph To Phoenix: JON, R. Yup, one of the worst trades I have seen Red

I thought gina was going to leave after being humilated and exposed in the CBA discussion and having zero credibilitity here based on being a laker-loving formerly banned troll

but ah well, I guess her life is more sad than I thought

That's ok, keep Rondo and let Boston be a mediocre team at best.
With the amount of home/away games Boston has played, they will finish in 8th place at best. "With the 15th pick of the 2012 NBA Draft the Boston Celtics choose..."

I guess you haven't watched Pekovic play on your "TV" because you wouldn't so easily dismiss getting two bigs for Rondo.

With the 15th pick in the draft the Boston Celtics draft someone that they have drafted over and over again, someone that makes absolutely no difference in the league....  if it is not a top 10 pick there is very little chance that the player will ever have any impact in the league which is proven over and over again....

I would love to hear from those that said the Clippers pick would be better than the Cs.......  lmfao...  the Clippers went most of last year with 2 of their best players and posters laughed it off as "the Clippers"... turns out they had some assets to trade and are a much better team than the Cs and would have been even without the trade.....

NO ONE CARES what you post, mtrax - you claimed koME scored 40 points in a row, then said Darko Milicic was the Wolves all-time leading scorer.  THEN, you got blasted off here by Rame, completely wrong about the Bi-Annual exception, went and hid like a coward for four days, and now come back with THIS??  THIS is THE most lopsisded trade since the Indians gave us Manhattan... the ONLY team that benefits is the lakers, the Celtics have NO point guard... AND you who say no one will take JON make him a major player in this package.  Your trade is as pathetic as you are, and I doubt you could find one person on here who thinks it's viable!!

It's a bad trade Gina, don't squirm out of it, the kind of LA homer and anti-Boston baloney you attempt to accuse the fans here of doing in favor of the C's.

Even as we know you are not here to discuss the sport... only attack the Celtics and start fights.

But lets look at your terrible trade

The Celtics don't want a pair of redundent C's with the same size and skill set... and we gave up our starting PG, SG and a draft pick, and have to pay Childress an insane amount of money to backup Pierce... AND lose a draft pick

Meanwhile the T'Wolves have placed the value of Gasol at #2 pick Derrick Williams... a guy who makes 15 million less and is 10 years younger... seems pretty fair, probably have to give up a bit more... yet Laker love Gina needs to find some way to also get LA Rondo and Randolph for just a 1st rd pick... hahahahaha

And since Gasol will also play some PF minutes why would the T'Wolves have to give up Pekovic, who can still play 24-28 mins a game??? They have to spruce up their trade offer with a very good young center AND combo-forward just to get back one draft pick in the 20's??

    Again, terrible

There is no need to include Phoenix in your trade Gina

A fair, realistic offer would be:

Celtics get - Williams, Pekovic, Steve Blake

Lakers get - Rondo, Randolph, JO, Darko

    T'Wolves get - Gasol, Dooling, LA's 1st and Celtics 1st

Still A LOT for Minny to give up. and its not like the Celtics are really going to make trades with the Lakers anyhow...

Why would Gasol play some PF? Minnesota has a guy named Kevin Love at PF. Randolph has done nothing in the NBA. Derrick Williams has done nothing either.
Pekovic has been a starter in the NBA for a few weeks now...He is a very good young center? He's also not that young...

    That was a great proposal.
How much better would my T-Wolves be with Rubio, Love AND Gasol? WOW

LA is NOT giving up Gasol, Blake and a 1st at getting back Rondo, Randolph and Darko's bad contract. JO is worthless.
    This is beyond laughable.

You forget that LA is in the drivers seat with Minnesota.
    Minnesota wants Gasol.

LA would keep Gasol, trade a 1st for Sessions then look to trade for a SF.

Yet, he is a major piece in your trade..........give it up, GINA - your trade is horrible for everyone but the lakers.  And SOME PF would be when Love is on the bench - DUH!!  I hate how I have to explain the simplest things to you - such a lakers fan!!

Um, Beavis, Minnesota has this guy named Anthony Tolliver that also plays PF. He can cover the 10 minutes when Love is on the bench. Beasley can also play as a stretch PF.

Would Kaman be an improvement over what we have inside now? Yes. Would he be a nice additon. Absolutely.

But he's a 7-footer who is shooting 43 percent from the field and averaging 7.5 boards a game. Not exactly the second coming Kareem.
