Move Doc to the Front Office

I think it's time that Doc leave the sideline and move to the front office. It's time to transition and I don't think Doc is the guy to head up that transition. We need more offense and Doc is a defensive coach. No PP, no KG so it's time to move on.

The thing that I fear is that Rondo may not respect the coach coming in. Rondo is very stubborn and we either move Rondo or let him know who's running the show.

My list of replacements in order.

1-Brian Shaw BEFORE Phil Jackson hires him somewhere
    2-Stan Van Gundy
    3-Nate McMillan
    4-John Calipari
5-Thibs if they don't renew his deal in Chicago

Move Rondo? Virtually no market for such a stubborn player.

Any change in HC and Rondo will show you exactly why there's virtually no market for him.

Rondo is a lost cause and the franchise is stuck holding the bag.
