Looks like there's a chance our other first round pick could end up being a lottery pick after all!

    As I predicted.

    In response to Fierce34's comment:

Al Horford is out indefinitely with a complete torn right pectoral muscle.

    Marc J. Spears         @SpearsNBAYahoo

Hawks' Al Horford suffered a complete tear of his right pectoral muscle and is out indefinitely. No timetable listed for his return.

I hate to see a young man get hurt but this should really cut the gap between the Hawks and Nets. One question if anyone can help an old man out here? When do the Hawks have to decide what pick they will go with? Say both the Nets and Hawks picks become Lottery picks. Can the Hawks wait until after the Balls are picked {we all know there really is not balls in a machine....LOL} and the order has been distinguished OR must they claim which pick they are going with before the actual Lottery?

    After the lottery.

So there's no way the Celts will get a higher pick than the Hawks in this deal.

Thank You Fierce 34. I was hoping that was not the case but do appreciate the answer!

Torn pecs are often an indication of prior roid usage....roids destroy upper body connective and soft tissue more than lower body soft tissue, but both can occur..it is too bad he's out for the year because he' can play and he's stuck on a tradition ally sucky team, but, if it helps us, boo hoo hoo!
