In all his years, he drafted and produced exactly ONE all-star. The immortal BJ Armstrong was an All-Star one year..........and you could say he rode in on the shirt-tails of #23.

Most overrated coach ever, argubaly, in all of sport.
Did nothing when Jordan retired and then he struggled to win when Shaq left.
Barring 21 free throws (7:1 ratio) in a Game 7 at home, he isn't coasting back in on Kobe's coat tails.
