According to CBS Ken Berger reports that Danny Ainge has been shopping Paul Pierce in trade offers.

We shall see how far Dany is willing to go.

I think had the bad play continued this could have happend but I don't think Danny would pull the trigger as long as the team is playing well.

I definitely think its about that time to rebuild. You don't want what happened in the 90's to repeat itself  again.  If by chance you can swing a Pierce for Rudy Gay trade then I think that will be great for the future and the present. We would be extremely athletic and better defensively. That will be rebuilding on the go.

It be a team looking for sallery dump. I do not think we will get a scorer and a big. If we lose PP for a big who will take on the scoring load and be able to create there own offense.

I'd rather lose with the captain than win with someone else's guys. Silly season is upon us.

I think trading Pierce for anyone besides Kobe or Lebron is a mistake. He is Mr. Celtic for this generation. Even K.G. is not that.

Pierce is thriving on the team at this point.  The big man is what we need.

Definitely agree with you.  I don't see Pierce getting traded.  He devoted his entire career to the Celtics and carried the team through all of those awful years.  I still believe that he will retire as a Celtic.

I hope it happens. Then follow that up with a Rondo for an established young rebounding center. That would be Happy Days for me.

If not straight up for Rudy Gay, i'd trade pierce for Harrison Barnes, David Lee and Golden state 1st round pick.

    David Lee's averaging a 20-10.

    Pierce is 35 years old.

No way GS would deal David Lee for Pierce.

The knicks let Lee go for a reason..heard hes a cancer in the locker room
