Rondo and the Bucks game last night

For all of the Celtics fans that question Rondo's contributions let last night show you again why he is such a necessary part of the Celitcs equation.

Yes, lots of good performances by the non-rondo point guards against a very weak Portland team on Friday night, but last night there was no one to control the offensive flow when there were fewer opportunities for fast breaks.

Not that every regular season game is a "must win", but last night would have been a win with Rondo in uniform.

Again I agree.  Rondo playing, the Celtics don't lose.  When Avery  comes back he will give the Celtics some consistency in the back court when Rondo is resting.  One of Lee and Terry will be packaged in a trade for a big, preferably Terry.   Send Bass, Terry, Jeff Green and a 1st for a center.  Bring up Kris Joseph to replace Jeff Green.  Joseph is a lot more aggressive to the hoop and is playing really well in the D league.  He will be an above average player in this league.

Terry should be the backup point guard until AB comes back.

Green should be the starting two guard.

Right.      We need to try Green as the starting two guard.

Watching the game last night Green is so effective inside.  Pierce should play the two guard and let Green start at SF.

In his own way, Jeff Green is as much of a headcase as Rondo.
