I'd put the odds at 99% he is staying put. Big name trades like this in the middle of the season, are pretty rare.

I've been ignoring the bullying blowbag for weeks now, ever since the button came back, its made the site a lot more pleasant, obv I can't miss seeing the threads he starts, just the comments he makes, but yeah, if he is 100% sure that RR is staying put, well the quotes are out there that Danny could still move him. I'm 95% sure he won't, but nothing is 100%.
