He will have a very very long time to rest and he will use it to continue to be the worst shooter in the league and will employ Shaq as a free throw shooting coach.

Has Rondo decided on a dominant shooting arm yet???

Anybody know? Could be the wrong arm.

Left/right dominance issues. Dyslexia of some sort.

He might try switching shooting arms.

He just might discover his J.

If Rondo only improves 10% on his offense, he will dominate....at the very least, he will be trait bait...if hes smart he will be working on his non injured hand for at least shooting and lays ups and passing drillls..

Exactly and after 5 years in the league that is what we see all the time...... going into their 6th year we see point guards all the time decide that finally they have to actually be a complete player.......  Rondo is less than 13 months younger than Chris Paul and perhaps now Rondo thinks it might be time to be an actual overall complete point guard?  NOT SO MUCH.......  oh no wait I get it now.... now that he is going into his 6th year he is going to finalize recognize what his actual responsibility is going to be......  so now Rondo is actually going to make jump shots (LIKE ALL HIS PEERS), get to the rim (LIKE ALL HIS PEERS), finish (LIKE ALL HIS PEERS), make free throws (LIKE ALL HIS PEERS), and deal with something less than 4 hall of famers..... so in other words...... Rondo is willing to be like an average point guard?

So glad his shooting elbow did not get hurt, otherwise he would continue to be the worst shooter in the league that nobody guards in the playoffs.....  imagine if the Cs had about a dozen other point guards that do everything Rondo does while playing with 4 hall of famers and also makes a ton of shots and gets to the rim and makes 90% of his freebies and 38% of his 3s and even attempts the freebies and 3s and even attempts to get to the line by finishing.......
Oh wait that means that the Cs would have one 3 of the last 4 rings instead of costing the Cs 2 of the last 3 rings.......

There is a reason that point guards that cannot shoot and participate in their team's offense do not win rings when the rest of their starting 5 is going to the HOF unanimously........

Just imagine CP3 having been the point guard the last 5 years (not to mention a bunch of other).... "hey Chris you have won 3 of the last 4 rings how does that work?".....  "well we can all participate and do everything that is necessary to make the team be successful"......... drum roll please......   RONDO CANNOT.......
