Yeah!  Tear up that 10 day contract and sign him to a max deal!  I'll give it a couple more days, thanks.  We'll see what he does against a non-dleague team, which is what the Suns are, essentially.

I like how they spread the defense out and can hit shots mid range....hopefully this will open up the paint more.

For all those that want to poo-poo 2 games let me explain something.

Keep in mind TWill was drafted top 10 in the 2009 draft. Do you know what Ainge just landed? Look at that draft http://www.nbadraft.net/nba_final_draft/2009. Look at who he was drafted around? LOL! We didn't have a #1 pick that year and now we have the 11th overall pick for NOTHING. C'mon how can you not be excited about that? Would anyone take Jennings, DeRozan, Henderson right now...heck yes.

He was drafted higher than Rondo, AB and Lee. If it works out it makes one of them expendable for a big (ahem Rondo) but I will wait to seenin how he progresses before saying we can dump someone.

Ainge isn't done. Someone is going to get bought out and it could be Hakim Warrick. This is why I think he's waiting on the White signing.

All comes down to how Williams and Crawford deal w adversity. The Suns rolled over last night to the C's benefit. I will say they appear to have some talent.

    Wait and see....

There must be a reason he has bounced around.  He has some obvious talent, is he a known headcase?  Anyway, he is deserving of some minutes right now at the very least to get PP some rest.

T-Will has a reputation of being lazy.

And you could see it a couple of times last night. Doc called a time out, and let him know about it, after a lazy pass.  If Doc can make him understand he has to go hard every play, we could have something. He is a very talented player!!

At least with KG, the environment is different on the Celtics.  What I saw last night was wonderful.  With a ball demanding Pierce and KG in the next games we will see how Williams holds up when out there with them.  The bench however will be very deep allowing for Doc to use only the guys who are getting it done.  I am encouraged and hopeful Danny had some secret plan to pick up a big.  We will see.

The guy is a career 40 percent shooter, 31 percent from 3, and shoots 68 percent from the line.

He is what he is. A decent NBA back up.  He is a known commodity. I dont think he went to China because he couldnt get a job. He probably just got a fat contract.

The Celts were playing the worst team in the west last night. I think it's premature to say that T-Will is a steal after only 2 games. We'll know more about T-Will in the next 2 games.

FIERCE, the "eye ball" test says that the guy is an incredible athlete with very good basketball skills. The great athlete can learn to get better at basketball, where the great basketball player with slow feet, limited hops, etc. will NEVER make himself a better ATHLETE. LARRY BIRD, one of the greatest BB players of all time is a perfect example. In today's game, Larry would not be a Legend. There are too many great athletes playing the game now and not just great basketball players. GIMME ATHLETES ALL DAY! One thing for sure is that the C's needed to get better athletically for years now. THEY ARE right before our eyes, and T-Will is that type of guy. GIMME GREAT ATHLETES ALL DAY!

At 6'6" 220 pounds, can handle the ball better than any of the guards we have, I'll take him!! I thought he was our best point last night. He is not a bad defender either. I like the roster assembled. I liked our team in the begginning, I like it even more now with Jordan Crawford. Is a fast team that can drive opposition crazy.. Take LeBron out of the equation and we are a better team, ON PAPER... They just need to show up everyday and Doc needs to trust...

T-Will remains me of poor man's Magic Johnson.  He's big, and can dribble, ball-handle, and pass like Magic.  He even shoots better than Majic.  Let's call him Magic Williams but maybe we should sign him first!

So let me get this straight some would rather hold on and wait for Melo to develop instead of feeling good about having the 11th pick from the 2009 draft?? Oh got it...geez

Look at the teams he played for...Nets and Kings...really? These teams wouldn't know talent if it smacked them in the face. Maybe he's matured, heck most of these guys come out too early anyway. We are getting a guy who was a Senior and is now 3 years into a pro career....getting him at a good time. We didn't have to watch the growing pains like Melo

    In response to bt33's comment:

keep in mind these are two players who have had some serious attitude issues in the past. at 25, t-will is a former #11 pick in 09 and he was in china this year - there's a reason for that. just like there's a reason why he's been on 6 teams in 4 years. the book on williams is he's an excellent passer, can defend some, and rebounds well for a 6 "6" guy. does not have a deveoped nba offensive game. he shoots 40% from the floor and 31% from 3.

jordan crawford, at 24, is another first rounder (2th in 2010) who was pouting and making a spectacle of himself at the end of the bench after having multiple run-ins with his coach Randy Wittman because he was upset at getting less time when john wall got back. washington wanted him out of town so much they were willing to get rid of him for a low level expiring contract, practically giving away a young player they had under their control. hope evreyone noticed crawford with a towel over his face tonight laughing after doc rivers blasted his team in the huddle. this is the same guy who once said he was going to be "better than Jordan," the same guy who consistently talked about "getting his shots" above all else. he also shoots 40% from the floor and under 30% from 3. those are not the number sof good shooter. everyone knows crawford can score, but he shoots a low percentage from the floor, his shot selection is highly suspect, he gets out of control, and is allergic to playing d.

before annointing either of these two might want to see them play a half dozen games and against better competition than the horrible phoneix suns, who put up very little resistance against a mediocre celtics team missing garnett.

with all that said, have to be impressed with t-will's vision. really distributed the ball well. here's always room on the court for guys like that, especially if they play hard. crawford will always score, but he will only play consistent minutes here if he defends and plays wthin the offense, and both of those things are still very much open to question. if one of these guys is here next year in a ninth or tenth man role it'll be a real plus as these are scrap heap pick-ups. if both wind up here in the rotation next year it'll be somthing of a minor miracle.

Agreed.. In time these things will get sorted out. Tonight was easy. There will be nights when the shots will not fall and the passes will get intercepted. Then, we will know the "real" person behind those players. Kg and PP will not allow these guys to return to their immature ways. Its amazing that some guys have to take the long road to realize their potential. This was in full display tonight with Beasly of the Suns walking to the dressing room from the bench. Let's hope these guys have learned their lessons, and realize they are part of a team and fall in accordingly. If not, China awaits!

There are many good looking women in china, as well as some pretty tood food- if you know where to go...
