This will work out for both teams..The celtics will fill their mains needs...A backup point guard (Fredette) and a legite center with scoring and rebounding skills( Cousins)..The Kings will gain a well prove veteran in Terry, something they are looking for if they trade Cousins and the best prospects of the celts Sullinger and Melo.

Cousins, Garnett, Pierce, Bradley, Rondo

Wilcox, Bass, Green, Lee, Fredette

 

And if Cousins continues to behave like a knucklehead, we're back where we were last year.  :-)

I think Ainge will not trade AB, Sully, and Melo. It's really not a good idea to trade any of the 3. They are the future of the Celtics.

I've seen Fab Melo play when he was at Syracuse, during the summer league, and in the preseason. I think he will be worth the wait. He can be Mutombo-like on defense.

   Wow!   I didn't know that 35yo JT was signed for 3 years!!!   Wow!   DA really needs to be fired!   3yrs!!!   A jump shooter only was signed to be w/ Cs till he's 38yo ?   No wonder he's not w/ Mavs.   Cuban prob said 'don't let the doorknob hit you', ...for 3yrs!   DA is just HORRIBLE! ......  Cousins is not worth the 3 players.   A fair trade could be:   Cousins and Jimmer for maybe Melo and Sully.   Maybe have to add the rook from Syracuse to make the salary cap work.   Melo and AB.   I'd do anything to cut bait w/ JG, but no GM is that stupid to want him for 3plus yrs.   Oh yea, DA.   DA is lost.   He needs help.

The Kings would never do that deal. Ever. They want an all star in exchange for Cousins.
