    Thank-you, Danny

This isn't about Rondo, or about possible trades of [take your pick], or the need for a big.

I just want to thank Danny.  This is the team he assembled over the summer, in the hopes it could play like it has started to.  It took 50 games to gel, and we of little faith cast a lot of blame in a lot of directions, but I can't imagine it isn't now like he hoped back then.  Credit should be assigned.

It took an injury to DA's favorite pet for this to happen.

It should never have come to that.

    Never!

And DA has egg all over his face.

Thanks Danny form Old Coach, but we would have never seen this team if the injuries had not occured, Doc just is so predictable, he only uses talent if there are injuries like last year when Avery got to show his skill because Ray or Rayleene got hurt.  This year he only started to think when the two guys were injured or we would still be way under 500.  More ball movement and player movement with less isolation and more options in the plays.  Let em play Doc and we are a very good team, fact is we have been a good team all year, Doc just did not know it.  This team is different , they are not like the big three, they must play as a team, but together they are a talented team.

Would you rather have Jeff Van Gundy coaching this team right now?

I wouldn't be so quick to credit Ainge just yet. Let's wait until April because he could still make a trade that disrupts the chemistry. He has put together a good team but Rondo's injury is a blessing for the team and Rondo. Now Rondo can see how a team should function.

Instead of looking for Rondo after a defensive rebound, the Celtics are looking for the man farthest up the court. Something that Tommy has been calling for for years.

    He was right.

All excellent points. Doc is finally forced to play his players. And what do you know, they can actually play good ball. Hopefully this has changed Doc a little bit too. Hopefully, he will continue to utilize the entire bench. This team is doing exactly that, playing as a team. Win or lose, they are so much more fun to watch when they are all engaged. I seriously hope they use Rondo as a trade chip when he returns healthy.
