you took the best team in the NBA with the best chemistry and best defense
and blew up the team for an overrated Jeff Green , a defenseless Kristic, a more than pathetic Murphy. you tried to make a defensive team with an identity and chemistry into an offensive team, and now you lost both defense and offense.

What else can you expect, this is a dude that was screaming and waving a towel to a player taking a FT during a lowly regular season game. I wonder if Jerry West or RC Bufford would do that.
The only reason why he still has a job in the NBA it's because Kevin McHale did rather have 6-7 Al Jefferson over Bynum and Odom.
