    The humility of Brandon Bass

In B.Bass on-court interview right after Game 5, David Aldridge of TNT asked about his great game and Bass responded "when you're in a team with a pg like Rondo, the ball will happen to find you." Then Aldridge pointed out (in humor) that Bass has beaten Shaq among former LSU players in registering a career playoff high of 27 pts, Bass responded "Shaq I'm the man now. I was joking, I was joking." The way this guy said that with such child-like humility and candor as seen on his smile speaks volume. He's the Cs balancing act to the often offensive remarks of KG and Pierce against opposing teams.

I loved this trade from the minute it hit the wire.....he is a good kid and a tough player with strength and skills....he's a keeper in my opinion...

If he and the market think he is going to be better next year, he is going to opt out of his $4 millions a year contract and probably will be entertaining offers for his service.  If KG and Ray bails, he might not feel like coming back.

I agree with you.  I hope that he remains with the Celtics but will get offers from other teams.
