Re: They're ALL Complementary Players Now...

THE most impactful and transcendent player would be Cousins, who would will fill the need of a dominant center for years to come. By next year, he will be the best center in the league and teams with great centers often win championships.
Unfortuneately, it is unlikely Sacto will trade him under any circumstances. I would give up any two players on Celtics including Rondo and Bradley or Sully plus a pick to get him. Doubt that would even get the deal done.
Assuming Lebron, Durant,Chris Paul, etc., are out of the question and you are talking only about players available by Feb 21, ... possibly Gay, although an offensive threat, I don't think he is an ideal team player. Like Monte Ellis, Kobe, Rondo, all great individual players, they all also styme the other players on the court when they control the ball, limiting natural ball movement, flow, positioning and involvement. Also, Kevin Love, but not sure if he is availble. Dirk getting too old to build around.
The Warriors are building a solid team with 6 solid contributors who play as a team without that tanscendent super-stars. Curry (20PPG), Lee (20PPG), Thompson (second year draft pick - 16PPG) , Barnes (previous draft pick - 10 PPG), a solid bench with Landry and Jack (both 12 PPG) just beat the Clippers and Miami - and they don't even have their center Bogut (traded for Ellis) back from injury yet either. It can be done. Just need the right pieces. We want to run, but have a mix of old players and young players...so that doesn't work. We don't have ofensive threat or someone to block the middle. We have grossly inconsistent defensive players that frustrate the ones who defend well because they always have to help, leavoing their man unprotected. This team is a mess and is poorly constructed. We need major moves. 4 starters - Pierce, Rondo, Terry, Bass should all be replaced for young consistent complete players.
