    Trade down scenario

    What about this:

Celtics get the worst possible position in the draft possible by slipping down to 8th. At the 8th spot you have Embiid, Wiggins, Parker, Exum, Gordon, Randle and Vonley off the board. This would be a must-trade scenario. What if a team like the Bulls really are high on a guy like Doug McDermott who can give them a lot of instant offense off the bench, is NBA ready and will buy in to their team defense. How about a scenario where the Bulls trade their 16th and 19th picks for the 8th overall?

    Re: Trade down scenario

If trader Danny really is a drafting wiz, then he should be able to find some value with three picks in the mid teens.

With 16, 17 an 19 the Celtics could draft some pretty interesting combinations. They could use one pick on a foreign guy who may stay oversees (Saric if he drops that far). I'd be happy with any combination of the following guys: Stauskas, LaVine, Anderson, Napier, Capela, Grant, McDaniels, Young, Warren, Hood.

Would you trade up to get a guy you want, say from six to three or two?
