The Lakers are not going anywhere this year so the Lakers should trade Howard for a young big man and send Kobe to Boston. Rondo would fit into their style of play for years to come. And Kobe, Kevin and Paul could compete for a championship for the next couple of years. Ainge could figure out the salary cap issues.

Easy:Doc to the lakers for kobe
Rondo to the Thunder for Durant - they then trade Westbrook to the lakers for some of kobe's used jock straps!

Kobe, Duncan, Pierce and Dirk
At least the first two will NEVER play for another club
