Okay. We all know size is an issue for this team, but with the emergence of Sullinger we have actually been holding our own in the rebounding department lately, grabbing 46 boards last night.
Our problem is 3 point shooting. Last night the Celtics Shot a Whopping 16% from Three point land. Currently we rank 27th in the league. Last year we were 7th.
Against the Knicks our Shooting Guards (Bradley, Terry, Lee, and Barbosa) shot 5-19 going 1-9 from downtown!
Our spacing is bad. Lee who was second in corner threes last year (next to Judas) and Terry were supposed to feel this void They are not. Currently the Celtics are looking at JJ Reddick. If they can get him it would go along way to solving some of our offensive problems. He is shooting 39% from three and is having a career year.
Oh and KY Rondo continues to be the best midrange shooting point guard in the game this year! If you count that is.

It would most probably cost the Celtics Jeff Green to get Redick.

Yeah, and that might be too much given Pierce can't be counted on to guard the Carmelo's of the world anymore. Apparently there are lot of rumours buzzing about Celtics interest in Reddick lately though.

It's not too much if the Celtics want to get rid of Jeff Green's contract.
Redick has an expiring contract.

That's a good point. We'd need to find Pierce another backup. But a solid wing defender could be had for fairly cheap.

I would trade Jeff Green for Reddick
Green is not an impact player and Reddick would be (we hope)
What about a trade with Minnesota for Juan Barea and Derrick Williams ?
Trade any combo of J Green , J Terrry , Courtney Lee , Brandon Bass , Leandro Barbosa
Getting rid of Jeff Green's contract would be nice

100% agree; they miss Ray's spacing on the floor (and his quiet swagger, which perfectly complimented KG and Paul's loud swagger and Rondo's angry swagger)...Reddick fits with this team, which is still a jump shooting team and he is an excellent jump shooter, whose tall enough to use small windows to get his shot off (like Ray could). Go get'em Danny...how bout Reddick/Baby for Green/Bass? I'd love that.

If we have to (which I don't) trade Green for Redick and call Pietrus back to back up PP.
It does rid us of Green's contract but we MUST get some guarantees from Redick that he resigns.
