    Keep Sully.

    He's a warrior.

    The rest can go.

Yeah, pud. I feel if we let Sully slip through our fingers we'll be just like the 20 teams that passed on him!

A bird in the hand beats 2 in the bush is universal wisdom.

How many teams wish they drafted Pressey right about now?

Re: We need a completely clean slate!

Pressey can make others better just as when Rondo 1st arrived. Pressey taking over next year is more consistent with a long term rebuild.

We need to do the long term thing Indiana did. Lebron James is not walking troo dat door. Not as a free agent. They know how cold it is up north right now.

Rondo, Green, Wallace, Bass, Hump, are great for winning NOW (which is the problem + in a long term rebuild their competitive heart will torment them) They are starting or in the latter half of their primes.

We need a full team of guys just getting their careers started that can grow together like we see Sully, Pressey, and Olynyk doing. Like Perk, Rondo and Tony Allen did before them.

We need pro version of Michigans fab five!

Pressey showed me grit/heart/great defense last night.... and the kid has no fear of the big moment. Seems able to direct/run the team w/o drama/diva issues.

He can find a spot on my team, probably coming off the bench.

    Very handy guy.

I would keep any vet we have who is down with young players playing ahead of them at times. Everybody we have is competing hard! Fun to watch.

Maybe our starters after the trade deadline is Rondo, Green, Wallace, Sullinger and Hump.

Then our back-ups are Pressey, Blue, Johnson, Bass (go to vet presence), Olynyk

Well balanced rebuild as opposed to my extreme proposal.

    ======================================

I agree with you. The only thing consistent about our team is their inconsistency and that applies most to Green.  We beat the .500 Wizards last night...whoopie ! But, frustratingly, we are many times ahead or even with quality teams like the Heat & then they pull away in last QTR. Could it be that because of our record they rest some stars & take us lightly or just don't get up for us...dunno ?

We do not have a quality scoring guard, 15-25 points nightly, like a Paul, West, Rose(when healthy), Nash (when younger) & Bass, Green, Wallace etc. can give us 15-20 points infrequently and we do not have a dominating Center.

I like the GS Warriors who built mostly through the draft with Curry, Thompson, Barnes, Lee etc. and then added some Vets like Iguodala & Bogut. They are fun to watch and competitive.

I would keep Sully and maybe Oly and see if he develops as we did with Fav Melo who did not.  Keep 2 of the 4 Guards, Rondo, Bradley, Bayless or Pressey( yup, Rondo too if we get a #1 draft pick) & definitely unload Wallace, Bass & Green. Keep Humphries depending upon who we can get for PF and Centers in the draft. The key is to bite the bullet for 2-3 years & build via the draft adding 1-2 Vets as GS did. Stevens is the perfect coach, college experience, to meld a young team together.

What you are looking forDacel is a coup de torchon, except in that great old movie the manner in which the evil cop disposed of his enemies, was to put them on extreme irrevocable waivers, thus the title which translates as  Clean Slate
