A losing season means "no championship" unless you are the Bobcats and are only wishing for 41 wins. I guess it is true that in Boston, the Celtics fans have sunk so low that winning 50+ games means something these days. Ouch!! Not surprising though, because winning only 1 title in 25 years probably would have that effect on most fans. Glad that I am a Laker fan and have not ever had to be in that predictament. Enjoy!

This is the only post I will make on this thread, and it is actually in support of Tommy. No, he never said Barnes would be on the Celtics. He said there was interest, and there was. It's exactly the same thing I said about Nash going to the Knicks.......right, Tommy?

It was Barnes himself who said the Celts were interested, but there were no reports that the Celts were interested in Barnes.
