Who's out there to replace Sullinger?

So...aside from KMart, who else is out there that C's could pick up? forget about Melo, DA already spoke and he is not going to get too much action..Throw a few names out there and lets see who nails it.

    Chris Wilcox first option.

Link to DA's comments stating Melo will not get much playing time?

Just give Wilcox minutes and sign someone from the D-league for depth for now. They have needed another big all year.

Uncle Jeff Green gets more playing time at the PF position.

Green makes bass look like Rodman on the boards.

Thanks for the link! DA also states Sully's injury will likely speed up Melo's development!

Definitely agree with you.  This isn't a good position for Green.  Unfortunately, he will play more at this position in the future.

We'll know more after tonight's game.

Let's see what Doc does tonight.

I am not saying he wont get minutes there. I am just saying the guy does not have a passion for rebounding. At all.

It's quite possible that Sully will out rebound Green while he's inactive.  Next suggestion.

Dang. That stinks. Sully was really starting to add quality effort to this team. His hustle, tenacity, energy, etc is going to be hard to replace. Hopefully he comes back stronger next season. I was really starting to like his game and effort.

with more ball movement and the ball not being in Rondo's hands most of the clock,  maybe rebounding will take care of itself. the team got 48 boards last night - everybody chipping in. that's old fashion '70's celtics teamball.
