Last season it was KG and Wilcox starting before Wilcox went down with a heart ailment.

This team if Green and Pierce can show up most nights could give the Heat all it can handle. I know you don't think so, but if Green can show up three out of four games and play like tonight I bet it can happen. -

Doc thinks that Wilcox frequently gets lost on defense and is just now getting into basketball shape. That`s because Doc watches the games. -

I believe that.
And you are right about Wilcox. He needs to play 15 to 20 minutes a game. He is faster than most big men. -

Actually I agree with you, I think the Celts can beat the Heat, but not in the 1st round. There's just too much pressure for a #8 seed to upset a #1 seed.
If the Celts face the Heat in the east finals I like our chances because the Celts have nothing to lose. The pressure will be on the Heat.

Indy is the only team in east we do not match up well against in a seven game series

We already beat the Pacers earlier in the season.
The Pacers don't have that guy who can score 25 every night. It used to be Granger, but he's not 100% because of injury.
Come on, facing the Pacers in the 1st round is better than facing NY or Miami.

I like our chances. If Green keeps his confidence, and his agressiveness, the Celts have a chance against anyone. Pierce and KG will keep the ball rolling. -

The thing is there's just too much pressure for a #8 seed or a #7 seed to beat a 1 or 2 seed.Let's put it this way, if you're given the choice on who the Celts should play in the 1st round who would you choose NY, Miami, or Indy?

I think that we will move up in the standings. I am not sure where we will be but i think that it will be higher than we will be now. -

The Knicks are dropping like golf ball off the Empire State building !
The Celtics might even rise to 4th , but 5th or 6th is more likely
If they can get to 6th or higher , the Celtics should win in the first round

Like I said, if the Celts finish 6th, the Celts could face the Heat in the east finals again this year. -

Check my post again, I clearly said the Celts will get eliminated in the 1st round if they face the Heat or Knicks. -

The C's can beat the Knicks. Who knows if we continue to get better anything can happen.
