[QUOTE]In Response to Re: BC Football Recruiting Results : It's unlikely that Costas's son goes to BC, since he was born in 1986, which would make him about 25 or 26. Yet you spew out this crap as if it's a fact. "Cinderella story. Outta nowhere. WHR, a former greenskeeper, now, about to become the Masters champion. It looks like a mirac... It's in the hole! It's in the hole! It's in the hole!" Keep living the fantasy, man.

Is that anywhere near GALLIVAN Blvd.? Isn't it time to take that Husky up to Anchorage, Cheeroh? The Iditarod starts on March 3, the Alaskan march madness.

[QUOTE]Rudy is a scam and so are ND sports.  Always fraudulent and overrated.  I doubt you are even an alumni of ND.  Just a sad hater of BC with too much time on your hands.  If you are an alumni, say so?  I find it hard to believe based on the intelligence shown in your posts.  Also, I have quite a few friends who went to ND.  We get together for the games.  And I can tell you they have far better things to do than troll on BC boards.  Go back to flippin burgers man.

Is that a fact girly man ... now just keep up the trolling, as you are doing an excellent job in reappearing with your uninspired life!

Ha I knew you were a fraud!  What a sad story: McDonald's employee, son of garbage collector, supports ND after his dad got rejected from BC as a kid.  Go back to flippin burgers in Southie!

Appears the above has some issues with Southie... Love reading all these third grade posts from Mad Magazine.

It's visualizing here Tony Montana ... You don't got nothing to do with your life. Why don't you get a job? Work with lepers. Blind kids. Anything's gotta be better than lying around all day waiting for WHR.

    Re: BC Football Recruiting Results

I am copying a great summary recently posted by another blogger about BC's current class that puts Spaziani's recruiting strategy in perspective:

With 16 commits now in, some facts. Assume the new "BCS" is the ACC (14 members), B12 (10 members), B10 (12 members), Pac12 (12 members),SEC (14 members), and ND. So, 63 total teams in the new BCS that we will call the Big 5. Also, I have excluded the BC offers from the calculations.

Of the 37 FBS offers held by this class, 15 are from the MAC.
Only 12 of the 37 FBS offers come from the Big 5. So the class averages less than one Big 5 offer per recruit.
10 commits (62% of the class) don't have one offer from another Big 5 program.
6 commits (37%) have no other FBS offers.
4 commits (25% fielded no FCS or FBS offers.
Only 3 commits (18%) have 2 offers or more from big 5 programs.
The class has more offers from the Ivy league (3) than offers from the Big 12 (0), Big Ten (1), Pac 12 (1), and SEC (2).
There are more Patriot League offers (5), than offers from the Big 12 (0), Big Ten (1), Pac 12 (1), and SEC (2) combined (4).
Of the 8 offers from the other 13 ACC teams, only 2 were from Programs that had a winning season last year (FSU and UVA for Myles Willis).
There is only 1 offer for any player from a team that finished in top 25 last year.

The class has one recruit from Massachusetts and BC is his only offer. Every MA player with another offer from a Big 5 program has eliminated BC.

Of the 6 commits from Ohio, not one is ranked on Rivals Ohio Top 60. 5 of the 6 Ohio commits for BC don't have another Big 5 offer.

Only one BC commit is on the Rivals top 250, Issacs. As for the other 249, only one has recently mentioned BC as he is narrowing his list (Mike Parker).

The class does not have one commitment from New Jersey, obviously 0 of the top 30 NJ players ranked by rivals. By comparison, Temple has 2 committed, both of which BC offered. ONly one uncommitted NJ player has stated meaningful interest in BC as of now (Hunter Knighton).

The upside? We are dominating the great state of CT. As if Uconn, even in BCs completely weakened state, could compete.

    Re: BC Football Recruiting Results

BC's only 4 star recruit (Isaacs from CT) just decommitted and said he will attend Maryland.  If BC and Spaz do not turn this program around this year - BC is in a long term death spiral due to recent class quality and worsening recruiting prospects.  All of this is at the front step of the AD.
