Great to see the four North Carolina boys who got suspended get handsomely rewarded $$$$ in the NFL draft now didn't it?

BTW now that Bill Bellichick D rated draft selections were assessed by the on- slaught of media critics, he avoided the ignominous F by Mr. Mel Kiper by passing up on an over hyped BC LB for sentimental reasons, $$$$$, and winning Super Bowl L!  In Bill we Trust!
Earth to MO , Stevie Wonder, with his all-Ivy staff, has lost to EVERY Ivy team he has faced in his time at The Institute. F A C T, my son. Peace
Posted by Longputter
You are right.  He is 0-2 against the Ivy league while at BC so despite winning the Ivy league conference 4 years in a row the only reasonable conclusion to make is that, in fact, Steve D cannot beat the Ivies.  This is 100% the only rational conclusion to make.  Thank you for showing me this.

You know, it has been sunny for the last two days.  As such, following the brilliant rationale that you are using for Steve and the Ivies is that it will be sunny every single day for the rest of time.  Good news for a Monday...

Figures you'd be a Cam Newton fan.  You seems to be someone who would like the next big NFL bust.  So keep following a QB whose biggest things to work on is well, being a QB, meanwhile we will enjoy our 14-2 Pats adding depth and continuing to win.

You missed me huh.  That's cute.

I refuse, however, to engage you in a real conversation until you put on the record who your rooting interests lay with?

Let me guess:
Uconn
Auburn
whoever won baseball last season
whoever won hockey

So...USopen-legged troll, despite the fact that the baseball team is not having a good season, at least know the facts before you spout off from under the basement covers.  As ScreenName showed you, the 45-5 VA team actually did lose one to BC.   Once again, you expose your inability to deal with facts.

Do we ever get anything positive out of BC hacks? Certainly they are a jealous lot who seem to validate their small lives like a small dog barking and seek attention as pathetic as they are coping with a failed athletic program where their achievements has been as significant as watching paint dry!

UCONN NCAA NATIONAL CHAMPS!

Stevey Wonder Boy; now he's a real poster boy for solid ACC recruiting? With   Austin Rivers, and UNC, BC's basketball flip flops next year might be a bubble again for the NIT!

It would appear the reaction I see on these pages is from a small minority of the populace who are stupid and deaf to life and confuse even themselves. They attribute malice to everyone which can be adequately explained by their stupidity. Sad to say their only reality is discussing a dumb founded school which no one cares about in justifying boredom to others!

Well now, Maxpreps.com (the same source cited several months ago by the Uber Alles crowd) has just listed Villanova as having the best incoming hoops class in the nation.

Can that be the same Villanova whom the resident savants here deride?

Can that be the same Villanova who is a member of that conference which our literati ridicule?

And where, pray tell, does Behead Coaches Institute appear on the top recruiting lists?

Gee, it doesn't.

But not to worry: we surely are among the top 1000, are we not?

Peace

LP. The class described on Maxpreps is the 2012 class so they are only verbals at this point. Still, Jay Wright does a great job of recruiting his "patch". The BE only has one other school in that Top Ten at this point. Two ACC schools in Top Ten now and Duke would be there except the Murphy lad went this year. Still time for your alma mater to get in the mix. Good luck.

Re: ESPN Top 25 Hoops Recruiting Classes

So another new recruit was announced yesterday, Patrick Heckman of Germany. He was being recruited by University of Michigan.

So if you could Oregon transfer Humphrey as a recruit, this has the potential to be one of the best classes in BC history.

Humprhey is described this way by Oregon sports media: "Listed as a top 50 player by all recruiting services". Obviously, he has not lit the world on fire at Oregon but a fresh start in an up-temp offense could be just what this guy needs

Now add in the California Gatorade Player of the year in Ryan Anderson,

Now add in Parade All-American Kyle Caudill.

So there are four good players just there. On top of that there are four more guys who look pretty good: Dennis Clifford, Jordan Daniels, Lonnie Jackson and Eddie Odio. Rivals has Clifford as a three star while both Rivals and Scout have Jackson as a thre star.

Even if only half these guys pan out we should be looking good in two years.

Imagine how good we would be if we actually had brought in some players in the Class of 2009. (Can someone explain how Al went an entire recruiting class wihout bringning in one player? How does that even happen?)

Maybe BC has been too busy recruiting for the IRA instead of its Basketball program amoungst this perilous scandle which has surfaced? Always knew it was involved in an IRA plot and cover up in Charlestown!

Seems as though LPs Beheads Coaches Institute is going through some rough times lately in the Boston Globe with unneeded exposure, bad press, and links to the IRA. Could this permeate recruiting and hurt Wonder Boy's recruiting attempts in the land of the big time NCAA basketball recruitment?

Unequivocally, BC is in store for some turbulant times in recruiting with links to radical groups, and a library full of periodicals which promote anarchism and dubious materials promoting, well let us, say Un American indifference.
