No big ND or Catholic boy, SJ fan here, but both schools are irrelvant in football! Too busy fighting off law suits from their abusive ways in this "RUST BELT". Need to keep away from the playgrounds were they practice!

HOPpie, I plan to be there on 11/10, HOPing that the Irish are still undefeated. A BC win would be great, but if not, we still have '93 to remember and the 6 straight wins from 01-08. And just a Professorial FYI, John Updike didn't call Fenway a "lyrical bandbox" but a "lyric little bandbox."

Thanks for the Updike correction. My "Rabbit was Running" off track. "HOPpie" is cute - I will let the VA know that I was a cute draftee in '69. SNGH's "frauds" may actually pack a lunch and show up at the yet to be determined game time.

Would thing all you Yankees would all take to Harvard Yard to see this flag football BC team, that nobody really knows about, take on an average Clemson team in the ACC... Now when it comes to South Carolina football the Gamecocks, and not Tigers, are the team to watch in the SEC. Steve Spurrier has done a fine job in re-creating a true fan base at South Carolina.
Enjoyed the Belichick fiasco Sunday; seems hard time s have fal'en on Yankeeland this Fall with the Hapeless hose, and Patsies...

Notre Dame deserves the ranking a great team Brian Kelly has put forth. Fitting those that have called it the "fighting frauds" have egg in their face. ND will beat USC with Barkley out for the year. Nice to see th Irish back, and out locals in misery boooing their failure of a Coach, University, and athletic program.
BTW: Stanford was no fluke a great team beating Oregon!
