Regardless of what's indicated by the game's final margin, crunch time mattered Saturday night in Chicago, and Notre Dame's sometimes maligned offensive front was the game's best position unit.
The front wall protected quarterback Everett Golson on his 26 pass attempts, it cleared the way for the program's first pair of 100-yard rushers in a contest since 2003, and it opened holes for five rushing scores from four different running backs while helping the offense play keep-away from Miami's downfield passing attack, possessing the football for 39:08 of the game's 60 minutes. Irish Football is back as the U is another cup cake in the ACC, as well as BC, Duke, Wake Forest, Maryland, and no match for the Irish. All please refrain from the kudos for a great performace at a sold out Soldiers Field; there will be more to come .... Buffoon TV Regional yesterday? -

Notre Dame, and USC will be a good test of the significance of NCAA football this season. Don't rule out SC, as the Trojans are a very good team, but who can stop Oregon.
Will be at the SC game, and looking forward to it. Who the crap is BC, as this blog sucks riddled with small people whodon't appreciate good college football as out there in Nw England one has never witnessed a National Championship.

The radio commentary has been great. Maybe it'll anger someone at the Heights to actually care about the athletic program. -

Notice here on this asinine blog, BC fans are a little bit annoyed when this school of low caliber has hit rock bottom. I always thought BC fans, and those who went to BC, were abused by those frolicking Jesuits ffrom reland where they picked potatoes and preached the good deed and were frustratered in their abused childhoosd and were admitted to BC for further evaluation.

Strange that you and Cheeroh both seem to have a thing about the Jesuits. Anyhow, just to set the record straight and insert some facts into your stupid anti-BC diatribe, the Jesuits were founded by Ignatius of Loyola of SPAIN. The first Jesuits to come to the US were FRENCH. Also, abuse is a serious problem (maybe you've heard of the recent Penn State situation?), and you should think twice about making sick jokes about it. -

Needless to say, why did this Yankee school waste all this money, and make a concerted effort to fly all the way to Dixie, to be humilated at Doak Stadium? Where their QB Rettig, could not even start for Alabama-Birmingham, aor a good 'Bama Friday nite lights high school team.
WOW! A TRUE BUNCH OF LOSERS ....
