[QUOTE]In Response to Re: Should UConn continue to have a basketball program? : When did I say uconn was not on that side?  Where did I complain?  If you actually had some reading comprehension skills you'd understand I'm ok with what is happening to the big time programs.  You'd be crazy not to think Uconn is not being made an example of but Lothar, I'd expect nothing less from you.

So, by your reasoning, it's all right to be crooked if it ends up in a win? My comprehension skills are adequate, but I think I can read between your lines.

[QUOTE]" Use" all get down to TD Garden, Wednesday at 11:00 a.m, for the free open practice 'till 4:00 p.m! Sweet Sixteen teams invade Beantown, and kick our host BC dove bars out to the blighted City of Worcester this weekend. Wisconsin first practice session at 12:00p.m followed by Cinncinnati at 12:50 p.m Manly teams are in the big city, as our host BC doesn't runs in embarrassment on that 9-22 season and shunned by the CIB Tournament selection committee .

It appears that Syracuse and Florida State are in the same boat when it comes to APR

[QUOTE]In Response to Re: Should UConn continue to have a basketball program? : I agree 100%.  I am shocked in all of this (Syracuse issues, Miss State paying Cam newton's dad, Alabama and Cam Newton, Calipari's path of destruction) that Uconn will be the whipping boy for the NCAA because they send too many kids early to the NBA.  Per Calhoun they had 16 kids leave early for the NBA in a 10 year span (not all went to the NBA but most did, others played overseas).  I also have issues with the timing of this and why this current group of kids are paying for issues a few years back.  http://sports.espn.go.com/ncb/news/story?id=6571897

For ONCE, I agree with you - Syracuse  must have some very powerful protectors.

ever seen the list of broadcasters (national and otherwise) who are Cuse alums?  Alberts, McDonough, Berman et.al.  They knew about Bernie Fine and did not dig deeper; if that happened at other powers they would have been all over it.

No journalistic integrity or honesty for these guys; they are talking heads and entertainers
