    An analysis of BC Football ... by the Boston Globe ... BC got nipped by the 'Cats without their all Amearican QB Dan Percer: the  would of's, should of's, could of's again.  

    USF and Central Florida U are new on the scene with great football programs with tremendous  in-state talent. Please BC stay in your league. Could you imagine BC attempting to play catch up football with any SEC team, never mind the Big Ten?

    No big Notre Dame or pathetic BC fan however, Catholic schools should not be in the FBS absolutely no talent to keep up with the big programs!

    That was a very rough game to lose this past weekend. Even tough I knew that Northwestern would be a difficult opponent, I figured that Boston College would rise to the occasion and win the game due to playing at home.

    This weekends game can only be described as a Must win Situation. They can by no means lose this game and expect to have a successful season. 

    If they win Saturday's game, an eight win season is still within the realm of possibility. If they lose, it's going to be a very long year at the Heights.

    I agree.  In reality this season was looked at to just be a major step forward from last season.  They seem to at least have a much much better offense, which is a nice change.  Not all is lost, it was only the first game.
