Please, stop with the Norwell promotion.
This is same group that repeatedly placed itself in Division 2 town leagues and rec league indoor divisions to win t-shirts. Don't confuse your Division 3 or 4 high school record with the big boys. Hingham would and will dominate Norwell and Weymouth would beat them by 6-7 goals. -

Does Norwell even have the guts to play Hingham... I didn't think so. They never challenge themselves and play a very weak schedule.
When Norwell starts playing Hingham, Duxbury, and Weymouth post it here on the blog. Otherwise have fun running up the score against Hull and Abigton...oooo two more wins. -

Norwell... One and done, again.
By the way, what does it matter that Hingham lost to Silver Lake and tied duxbury. Did norwell play any of those teams? -

Disappointing result. I wanted to see Norwell match up against Duxbury.
They could not even get by that soccer powerhouse, Norton.
Maybe next year. -

Don't worry. Norwell will probably move up 5 spots in the Globe Top 20 after the loss. -

Norwell needs to play division 2 teams, plain and simple. There is no way they are ever going to advance in the playoffs if they don't strengthen their schedule. Just goes to show you the seedings aren't all they are cracked up to be. Look at Duxbury #11, still playing! In D1 #20 and #21, Mansfield and Braintree.... all comes down to strength of schedule.
