The HOF voting is horrible!  Some of the people who have votes have grudges against players, they have agendas, they shouldn't be allowed to vote..  With that said, which FIVE, and only 5, modern day finalist from this list would you include...

Larry Allen, Jonathan Ogden, Warren Sapp, Michael Strahan, Jerome Bettis, Tim Brown, Cris Carter, Andre Reed, Will Shields, Charles Haley, Kevin Greene, Aeneas Williams, Bill Parcells, Eddie DeBartolo Jr. and Art Modell.

 

 

Slam dunks, IMHO, are Strahan and Bettis with Chris Carter right behind.

Too bad they have to include non-player persons in the list as the inclusion of Modell and Parcells, even DeBartalo, contributed immensely to the success of their respective franchises and the NFL from a non-plater perspective.  Any of these three take a spot away from a soldier.

Can't see how Charles Haley doesn't make it.  The dude was a beast and 5 super bowls, 2 with the 49'ers, 3 with the Cowboys.

parcells , ogden, sapp , haley , and reed i would think that sheilds and allen are good choices also but screw chris carter total a-whole can not stand him on tv (he hates the pats )

A bunch of WRs are probably hoping Carter gets in.

If Carter doesn't get in, I don't see how you can argue any WR outside of Moss and Owens from this era deserves to get in.

Not Bettis. Anyone else I could make an argument for.
