Btw MB have you heard of a guy named Matt Hazel? Heard he really impressed at the east west shrine
Didn't recall his name, but when I googled him, I do remember the Coastal Carolina.  I'll have to give him another look, thanks.

I was looking up later round prospects and find a lot of "head cases".  There seems to be more than usual this year.  Anybody else feel this way?
Any names (outside of Lyerla) in particular?

Seantree Henderson and Marcel Jensen were a couple.  I throw Manziel in that catagory as well.  Maybe Clowney.  What I'm seeing is guys that talent and basically injury free but have some kinda head issue.  That's what's making their stock drop.  There just seems more than usual.

Jarvis Landry with a 4.65, guess he injured himself and didn't run his 2nd 40.

    Allen Robinson with 4.56.

Logan Thomas throws a nice ball. The other 2nd tier QBs seem to be underthrowing or not leading the WRs that well.

Odell Beckham looked good out there. 4.4 and a 4.31 unofficial.  33 inch arm length for a 5'11 guy.

    But 225 only 7 times...

I like him, Mettenberger, and Mccarron as developmental QBs. I would love to use a pick on any of those 3.

I would not want Logan Thomas at all. too much of a project.

    he's way too inconsistent.

after seeing McCarron today, I want him even more

With BB anything is possible. Anyways i'm sure learning from Brady will get him to put it all together. He has talent and physical tools, he just need the right situation and coaching to fufill it. I'd still take him. But not over AJ but maybe Mettenberger.

McCarron and Murray are my two choices. Preferably Murray because he has a ton of talent and should be completely healed up prior to having to take over for Brady in 3-4 years

IMO the bench press thing is a pi$$ing contest with little value. 90% of battles in the NFL are won by whose legs performed better (Which player has stronger or quicker legs). Frankly, I would rather see some form of squats than bench press - especially for positions that require ground leverage. The running and agility drills deal with leg quickness. I'd like to see leg strength stamina drills. No, the vertical jump is not enough.

The kid has a longer stride. Technically, not surprising actually that he timed well in the 40. On the other hand, his tape does not suggest he can run that fast.
