    8 #1 Seeds in 8 Years

Have gone down to defeat in their first playoff game:

    2012 ... Broncos
    2011 ... Packers
    2010 ... Falcons & Patriots

    2008 ... Giants
    2007 ... Cowboys
    2006 ... Chargers
    2005 ... Colts

Odds are that either the Broncos or Seattle keep the trend going

The donkos will get beat. Seattle will be tricky.

Interesting info there. My money would be on Denver well before Seattle. Interesting.

If SD beats Cincy or KC beats Indy for that matter or if Indy has to play Denver, if I am a donkey fan, I am quaking in my boots. Each team has not only played them well or beaten them (SD beat Denver in perfect fashion as did Indy), each is somewhat tailor made to compete with Denver even in Denver.

If that weather in Denver isn't pristine next week, watch out Gomie.

That Von MIller injury is so big because their pass rush was questionable as it was with that awful pass D.  Now, without it with some pretty good QBs and offenses like that, a rational Denver fan shouldn't like those matchups.

Keep Gomie and Co off that field with 5+ minute drives and TDs or FGs and Denver could lose.

Good show Catfish, an interesting stat that slipped by. It'll be interesting if the Colts can 2 up on Manning this year, watch out for the colts, if they get a little break on TOs'. How ironic that would be, Colts defeat Manning, again.

A Real good assessment by Rusty as well, Thanks.

Denver is the most likely, Seattle in Seattle is tough in the regular season. Would be darn near improbable in the post-season.
