    A complete turn around is unrealistic.  If they couldn't show consistent improvement in the first 7 games we can't expect a sudden change in attitude and play effectiveness in just one game.  Granted, their inside the 20 D has been somehwat consistent, but everywhere else?  If there was any game the team would have shown something positive, it would have been the Steelers game.  They DIDN'T!

    We know what the defense is. The offense is regressing. That's what needs to improve today.

    Edit: Hopefully the refs improve today as well.

    I agree with digger.  The D is what it is.  It's the management of the Offense that has been horrendous since 2005. 

    Brady on his own can destroy any average team but when playing an elite Defence where scheme, play calling and adaptation are critical, well the last 2 guys holding the clipboard have and are failing miserably.

    both offense and defense need to pick it up a bit.  defense needs to stop someone.  this whole "our defense is ok, its the lame offense that needs help" thing makes me laugh.  You guys must be republicans or something.

    The D is right in the middle of the pack in the stat that matters..points allowed. The D is only going to get better.

    The offense needs to find a response to the 'Patriots Blueprint'
