We are lucky to have Brady in our lifetime on our team.

I have him rated as the #2 QB of all time behind Montana. Montana logged 15 years in the NFL before retiring, and stats wise has impressive regular season and post season resumes like Brady. Montana is still the bar, at least for a few more years! However, if you want to compare best to best, look at the below...it's not even close.
And this is in the salary cap era. I would argue if you could come up with a formula to normalize cap vs. non-cap era, Brady would be the best QB of all time....only time will tell. Joe has 1 more SB than Brady. If Brady can secure 1 or 2 more before his era ends, he will be the new bar.

    Montana's best year was 1989. 3521 yards, 26 TD's, 8 Int's, 70.2 completion%, 112.4 passer rating.

    Brady's best year was 2007. 4806 yards, 50 TD's, 8 Int's, 68.9 completion %, 117.2 passer rating.

Had to bump this thread. Brady 6 yards away from Phil Simms all time passing yards for back to back games!

Now lets run the ball some more to protect him.
