I am shocked that any QB is able to find the open receiver and fire the ball off as fast as Tom Brady ... even knowing he is about to get decked by a dirtbag like JJ Twat.

Yep, true, but still.  I still think it's impressive. It also changed on the 3rd drive when they used Hamamannaannnnaaui and committed to Ridley/Vereen.

Hamamannaannnnaaui... LMFAO! The name simply does not roll off the tongue. Gruden didn't even try on MNF

It's got to be the absolute worst thing in the world for a defensive lineman to go up against our line. Brady gets rid of the ball so quickly that it must drive these guys crazy, then if they do get around our talented tackles, he just will step up anyway. When it looks like they may be getting a good rush on, there is always the chance that it may be a screen too. They change it up so much that it makes it hard to just pin your ears back and get after Brady. They've been doing it this way since he first got under center.

Not really. We gave a great OL plus up against wade Phillips who apparently can't read stats or gameplan well. Combine this with the texans middle lb corps is basically depleted due to injury, Brady running the ultra hurry up ad speed mismatches all over the field...did we really think they would give Brady Fits?

the ravens however are a diff story. Tougher d for the pats.

    In response to wozzy's comment:

Vollmer and Solder have to be the best bookend tackle combo in the NFL, every single lineman on our team has the athleticism to pull in the run game.  There was one particular play that called for Solder to pull across the interior of the line that was an amazingly athletic play for a 6'8" guy to make... we never had this kind of protection during the Super Bowl runs, it allows our tightends the luxury to get downfield in the passing game.

Yes,  give credit where it's due. The Pats O line was outstanding against the Horns.
